Mind controlled genetically enhanced alligators were pretty much all in a day's work for a superhero.

He paused and held a hand to his ear.
"Hang on." He turned to the side slightly as he listened to the call. "¿Bueno? What's up, Dr. Pym?"
He listened. "What do you mean we have practice? Practice was supposed to be at six." A pause. "I thought the meeting was supposed to be at eight, why'd it get moved?" He glanced over at Kamala. "I'm kinda in the middle of -"
He rolled his eyes skyward. "Batman's always late. He does it on purpose just so he can mysteriously appear in the middle of the meeting. He probably actually gets there early just to hide up in a dark corner like a jumping spider."
A sigh. "Okay, okay, I'll be there in a few minutes."
Bummer, he was kind of enjoying talking to new girl.
"Sorry, I gotta go," he said, turning back to Kamala. He jerked his thumb in the direction of Old New York. "Superhero training stuff and a Council meeting. I'm the liaison Council member for the teen team." He dithered for a moment. "Sooo maybe I'll see you around? I mean. I'm a big fan of the occasional superhero team up."
