Off-balance is something Red can attempt, if nothing else. She nods, though she doubts the girl will notice, and only slightly stumbles when Korra bends the asphalt.

She slams the Transistor down, sending a burst of energy at the horseman, then follows it up with a ricocheting energy ball. It occurs to her that she probably shouldn't have done the ricochet the moment after she fires it off, and ends up having to plaster herself to the ground in order to avoid her own attack.
