Raph is silent, half because he thinks Kon might be right and half because he's pretty sure Kon is wrong. He knows the kind of rage Little Raph is feeling and that it takes a while to dissipate, but he's also pretty sure that having his rage dismissed will just make him feel like something's wrong with him. It worked for Big Raph, sure, but will it work for his counterpart?

"...Let him know that if he calms down enough to talk, I'll talk."

He might as well address the problem the same way he does: letting him sulk. He listens to Red's...music? hoping it'll calm him. He'll have to ask about that later, but after he's settled.

"So, what now?"
