[LN] Belief Is A Dangerous Thing

Today, there was chaos in the busy streets of a rather seedy city - there was a man running from the police, who were continually shouting for him to stop. The man who was running from them stuck out like a sore thumb - solid red hair, scars everywhere, and fashion that would look less out of place in a schlocky space show.

(Funny, that...)

The other thing that makes him stick out is that he keeps going invisible periodically, which would be an ideal method of ditching the cops if he could actually pick up on when he turned invisible. However, a bit of the devil's own luck is with him, and he takes a side street during one of those invisible times, and upon realizing he was no longer being tailed, he finally stops to catch his breath.

"Damn, you get caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, and suddenly everyone loses their minds..."

[OOC: So just as a heads-up for those not familiar with Outlaw Star, Gene Starwind is an unrepentant asshole and huge sleazeball when it comes to women. There's gonna be some discussion of being a peeping tom and a creeper here, and if your character is an attractive lady, he's more than likely to hit on them in a pushy manner. If you're not comfortable with this happening, let me know, and I'll not do it. However, do feel free to let the full wrath of IC consequences fall down on his head. He's Actual Space Trash™ and needs to get all the consequences dropped on him as possible.]

Normally, this would totes be Fionna's gig: she was a GOOD guy, and good guys tended to stop crooks or whatever. Fionna had other things on her mind: the fight a few days ago, and wondering just what she was gonna do on a place like this. Mostly she was ignoring people right at the moment, and this would prove to be a hindrance as she nearly collided with a pretty boss looking dude.
